Beijing (CNS) -- The general public has fingered medical treatment and health care as its least satisfactory public service for six years in a row, revealed the China Public Finance Development Report (2007-2012) released on Wednesday by the National Academy of Economic Strategy under CASS.
The field of compulsory education has been most satisfactory , among all nine indicators for five consecutive years. Social security has shown the most rapid improvement in ratings, from a cut above medical care in 2007 to fourth place in 2012.
From 2008 to this year, infrastructure items such as tap water, electrical power, gas, and municipal roads, join the public transportation services - railways, airports and highways - to take second and third place.
