中國將建立健全領導干部任免信息向社會公開制度

中國國務院新聞辦公室11日發(fā)布的《國家人權行動計劃(2012—2015年)》指出，中國將建立健全領導干部任免信息向社會公開制度。適時發(fā)布領導職位空缺情況及其崗位職責要求、考察對象或者擬任人選的基本情況，提高領導干部任免信息公開的制度化、規(guī)范化水平。

Beijing (CNS) -- The Chinese government will establish a sound and open information base on governmental leadership during the term from 2012 to 2015, according to the Information Office of China's State Council on Monday.

The leadership information system is designed to update the public about appointments to and removals from government leadership positions, vacancies in leading and other positions and corresponding job descriptions, as well as the basic background information on leadership candidates.

China is championing the public's "right to know," and making efforts to improve government press release protocol, and the competence of governmental spokespersons.

All government information is expected to be accessible to the public, excluding state secrets, propriety commercial intellectual property, and personal information on officials.
