國(guó)家重點(diǎn)工程——西氣東輸三線工程項(xiàng)目(簡(jiǎn)稱“西三線”)投資人合作框架協(xié)議簽署儀式30日在北京舉行。中石油此次一改以往項(xiàng)目投資全部由中石油自有資金出資的模式，引入全國(guó)社會(huì)保障基金理事會(huì)、城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金、寶鋼集團(tuán)等作為股東，從此對(duì)全民及民營(yíng)資本的開(kāi)放邁出新步伐。
Beijing (CNS) -- China National Petroleum Corporation signed a landmark cooperation agreement with the National Council for the Social Security Fund, the Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Fund, and Bao Steel to construct a third pipeline for the national west-east natural gas transmission project, Wednesday.
This is CNPC's first project to welcome social and private capital.
The third pipeline is more than 5,000 km long, and crosses 10 provinces and regions including Xinjiang, Gansu, and Ningxia. It is expected to transmit an annual gas volume of 30 billion cubic meters.
Private capital raised by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China were also poured into the project.
