Beijing (CNS) -- A health and wellness tourism business will open soon in the western part of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, according to an official source, May 30.
Bama County has an international reputation for the highest portion of centenarians in the world. Now the magic zone will become a tourism destination, said Lan Hongping, director of the provincial tourism bureau.
The living standard of the Bama people is not high, but they like to help others, and are satisfied with their current situation. These centenarians are all surrounded by loving families and their children cherish them.
The staples of the Bama diet are yellow corn, beans, potatoes, vegetables and the oil from tea-oil trees. A life time of hard work has given the people strong muscles and bones, which is another reason for their famous longevity.
