Shanghai Tower ready to attract office hunters

Shanghai (CNS) -- Shanghai Tower's management agreed with the municipal Foreign Investment Development Board on Tuesday to collaboratively attract international merchants to the country's tallest building, which will house at least 30,000 people by its scheduled completion in 2015.

It is the building's first public indication that it is open to businesses seeking office space.

The 632-meter Shanghai Tower is expected to ease the city's office building tension, and will offer a comprehensive range of services, from luxurious hotels to sight-seeing and recreational facilities. It will be the second-tallest building in the world.
