China's cross-border capital flows were more balanced in August, and overseas trade by domestic entities was steadier with more capital flowing into the main channels like trade and investment, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) said on Monday.
The foreign exchange settlement of banks increased by 11 percent month-on-month in August, while their forex sales rose by 1 percent month-on-month.
