Yang Jiacai, assistant to the chairman of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, is under investigation for suspected serious violations of the Party's code of conduct, China's anti-graft authority said Tuesday.
The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China released the news on its website.
