    The gold price in Hong Kong went down 200 HK dollars to open at 11,010 HK dollars per tael on Monday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society.
    


    The price is equivalent to 1,190.98 US dollars a troy ounce, down 21.63 dollars at the latest exchange rate of 1 US dollar against 7.76 HK dollars.
