The government of Shenyang, capital of Northeast China's Liaoning Province, has canceled the housing purchasing restrictions, news portal finance.qq.com reported on Tuesday, citing local industry insiders.
Both locals and people from other places could purchase multiple properties under the new rule, the report said.
