Record carmakers, visitors attracted in Beijing auto show

Beijing International Automotive Exhibition ended on Tuesday, with the number of carmakers and visitors from home and abroad hitting record high over the ten-day show.

Over 2,000 enterprises from 14 countries and regions exhibited 1,134 vehicles including 118 debuts, while 852,000 trips were made by visitors.

The exhibition featured high-tech factors, including car networking technology based on cloud services and automobile multimedia system. Seventy-one concept vehicles and 79 new energy sedans appeared on the show.
