Tencent Holdings, China's largest Internet firm by market value, announced revenue sharing plans for its proprietary mobile gaming platform on Monday.

Developers who join Tencent's platform as independent operators will earn 70 percent of revenues generated by their applications, with the rest going to Tencent, according to cooperation plans unveiled by the Shenzhen-based company.

For those opting for a joint operating model, 60 percent of revenue will go to them while Tencent, which plans to offer special services including data analysis in addition to basic services to these developers, will obtain the remaining portion.
