First passenger jets

China's first two domestically produced regional passenger jets rolled off the production line in Shanghai on Monday, China Business News reported on Monday.

The two ARJ21-700 jets, produced by Commercial Aircraft Corp of China, will be delivered to Chengdu Airlines next year, the report said.

Currently the ARJ21-700 jet has received 252 orders from airline operators such as Chengdu Airlines and Shandong Airlines.
