China's urban fixed-asset investment expanded 20.2 percent year on year to 30.92 trillion yuan (5.04 trillion U.S. dollars) in the Jan.-Sept. period, down 0.1 percentage point from the growth rate in the first eight months, the National Bureau of Statistics announced on Friday.
