Chinese PV industry says will defend its right

The China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Machinery & Electronic Products has released a statement on behalf of the Chinese photovoltaic industry on Thursday, expressing its strong opposition to the U.S. government ruling.

The statement says the verdict has severely distorted the reality of the Chinese PV industry and its exports to the U.S. And it said the decision will undermine the sustainability of the green energy industry in both countries, and also harm the benefit of consumers.

It also noted that the Chinese PV industry will closely analyze USITC's final verdict, and that it retains its right to defend itself in the U.S legal system.
