The First Beijing-Macao Economic and Trade Exchange Symposium will be held in Beijing from Sept 27 to Sept 30, the Beijing Municipal Government Information Office said on Sept 24.
The event will focus on promoting communication and cooperation between Beijing and Macao to achieve the objective of a win-win development in future.
The event is organized by the Beijing Municipal Government and the Macao Special Administrative Region.
The symposium aims to boost the development of trade between Beijing and Macao.
It aims to build a diversified communication platform; explore the huge market prospects and business opportunities, promote bilateral strategic cooperation, expand the market of Macao and Portuguese-speaking countries to deepen regional cooperation, and make efforts to promote multilevel interaction.
