Chinese stocks ended higher on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 6 points, or 0.28 percent, to close at 2,126.55.
The Shenzhen Component Index rose 47.26 points, or 0.54 percent, to close at 8,786.73.
