Chinese stocks ended higher on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 7.13 points, or 0.34 percent, to close at 2,134.89.
The Shenzhen Component Index rose 60.47 points, or 0.69 percent, to close at 8,769.54.
