Mobile Internet Conference set for Sept 13

China's leading Internet companies will gather to show their latest technologies and service, and exchange opinions about the outlook of the Internet business, during the China Mobile Internet Conference on Sept 13.

The conference, which is a part of the China Internet Conference 2012, will be held at the Beijing International Convention Center. China's main telecom operators China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom will participate in the conference, scheduled for Sept 11 to 14.

It also will attract large companies in the Internet industry, including Tencent Inc, Ctrip, ifeng.com, and leading companies in the mobile Internet industry, such as kuaipai.cn, oupeng.com and wochacha.com. Because of the fierce competition in smart terminals in 2012, representatives from Xiaomi Technology, Internet-based IT firm Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd, Qihoo 360 Technology and BlackBerry smart phone will debate on the outlook of smart phones.

Moreover, a "Golden 30 minutes" will be held in the afternoon to provide Internet companies a platform to show their creative ideas in half an hour in any form. China Telecom will showcase how telecom operators should deal with emerging Internet companies; Ctrip will release and introduce new products; and kuaipai.cn will show how its technology is influencing people's daily lives.

The China Internet Conference 2012, going since 2002, will have the themes of Opening, Sincerity and Integration. This year's conference is the 11th and expects more than 200 entrepreneurs from the industries of global Internet, mobile Internet, cloud computing, network marketing, and network videos.
