US exporters have sold 232,000 metric tons of soybeans to China for delivery in the 2012-13 marketing year that starts on Sept 1, the US Department of Agriculture said on Thursday in an e-mailed statement.
Shippers must report any export transaction that involves 100,000 tons or more and is sold in one day to a single destination, according to the USDA.
