Online retailer 360buy.com said yesterday that it would offer jewelry on its online retail platform and predicted that the sales of the sector is expected to top 700 million yuan ($110.97 million) this year.
360buy.com started its online jewelry channel last November, and it said that it would introduce more brands based on the previous trial.
Hong Kong-based jewelry maker Chow Sang Sang and Guangdong-based CHJ Jewellry are among the first group of suppliers of 360buy.com.
