Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha of the Republic of Korea (ROK) will visit China from Nov. 21 to 23, and both sides will exchange views on issues of common concerns, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang said at a regular news briefing on Monday.
