At the invitation of Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi, Chinese Education Minister Chen Baosheng will attend the World Youth Forum in Egypt from Nov. 2 to Nov. 7 as the special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying made the announcement on Wednesday.
