China hopes to work closely with other countries and international organizations for global security governance, and jointly build a community of universal security for humankind, said Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday.
Xi made the remarks while addressing the opening ceremony of the 86th Interpol General Assembly held in Beijing.
Participants from 158 countries and regions gathered in Beijing for the conference.
