Greater Manchester Police said on Saturday that they have found a flat in Manchester city center where bomber may have assembled device used in the attack on the Manchester Arena.
One of the last places Salman Abedi, the bomber, went was a city center flat and from there he left to make his way to the Manchester Arena, and the flat "is highly relevant as a location which we believe may be the final assembly place for the device," according to a police statement.
