4 dead, 9 rescued after buildings collapse in Wenzhou

Nine people have been rescued and four declared dead after four residential buildings in Wenzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, collapsed on the early morning of Monday.

An earlier report said that more than 20 people were buried under rubbles. The rescue is under way.
