Starting Monday, 159 medical institutions in Beijing will accept the social health insurance card, the Beijing News reported.
The 159 designated medical institutions include Peking University International Hospital, Beijing Tsinghua Chang Gung Hospital and Beijing Qianhai Hospital of Femoral Head.
According to the Beijing Medical Insurance Center, the new designated medical institutions will go through a one-year period of inspection to see whether they will be permanently accepted.
