Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy Zhang Ping will attend the inauguration of Tanzania's president-elect,John Magufuli,on Thursday.
Zhang, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, will attend the ceremony in Dar-es-Salaam, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying announced Wednesday.
