刑法修正案(九)草案24日再次提請全國人大常委會審議，草案三審稿刪去現(xiàn)行刑法中的嫖宿幼女罪，擬對此類行為一律適用刑法中關(guān)于奸淫幼女的以強(qiáng)奸論，從重處罰的規(guī)定。
