Scaffolding collapse kills 3 in S China

A scaffolding collapse on Thursday left three workers dead and ten others injured, including three in serious condition, in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

The city government of Nanning, capital of Guangxi, said 18 workers were on the scaffolding at a factory under construction when the accident happened at about 8:20 a.m.

The injured have been sent to hospital.

The government is investigating the cause of the accident.
