Driver laws strengthened in Beijing

The transportation authorities in Beijing have enhanced penalties on drivers who violate the laws of not fastening seat belts, and occupying emergency lanes and bus lanes, reported the Beijing Daily.

Drivers who violate such regulations three times will be blacklisted by authorities with their details publicly exposed.
