Head of PLA General Armament Department visits Russia

At the invitation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Zhang Youxia, member of China's Central Military Commission (CMC) and director of the General Armament Department (GAD) of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), left Beijing to pay a goodwill visit to Russia on June 15, 2014.

Ding Yi, deputy commander of the PLA Navy, Zhang Honghe, deputy commander of the PLA Air Force and Zheng Qin, deputy commander of the Guangzhou Military Area Command (MAC) of the PLA, are in the visiting delegation.
