Construction workers' dorm catches fire, casualties unknown

A make-shift dorm of construction workers in northeast China's Heilongjiang province caught fire on Tuesday morning, yet casualties are not known.

The fire broke out around 11:00 am at the site of a building under construction in Songbei District of Harbin, capital city of Heilongjiang, witnesses say.

So far, about 100 workers have been relocated to safety zone, and the site has been cordoned off.

Fire fighters are racing to quench the fire.
