Poultry trade to resume

The live poultry trade will resume across Shanghai on Thursday, with the exception of Jing'an district, where authorities hope to continue to promote frozen chicken, local media reported.

The city's commerce authorities stressed that all live poultry markets must comply with food safety and sanitation regulations before they can reopen their doors.
