    Missing Malaysian jet pilot, co-pilot not ask to fly together

    Police have visited pilot and co-pilot homes, Malaysian Transport and Defense Minister Hishammuddin Hussein said here on Sunday, adding both of them did not ask to fly together.  [Special coverage]
