China's official government website gov.cn doesn't really receive a lot of traffic besides visits by us journalists, but that changed on Wednesday when the website posted this piece of news.

The news was regarding a State Council executive meeting, but the real highlight was this cartoon portrait of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang at the headline position.

Premier Li's first official cartoon portrait came out just a week after the unprecedented, uncensored release of a series of comics showing Chinese President Xi Jinping and explaining exactly where his time goes.
