Seven killed in Shandong road accident

Seven people were killed and one critically injured Tuesday in a bus-truck crash in east China's Shandong province, local police said.

The accident occurred at about 8:30 a.m. when a small bus collided with a satiation truck on a state-level road in Laixi county in the city of Qingdao.

The accident left six people dead, two seriously injured and five lightly injured at the scene. The death toll rose to seven after one of the two critically injured died later at hospital.
