Shaanxi senior political advisor under investigation

Zhu Zuoli, a senior political advisor of northwest China's Shaanxi province, is under investigation for suspected serious discipline and law violation, the discipline watchdog of the Communist Party of China (CPC) said Wednesday.

Zhu is vice chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

The CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) said this in a brief news bulletin on its website.
