One dies in hit-and-run

A 52-year-old suspect without a driver's license was arrested Monday morning following a hit-and-run accident in Hongkou district that killed a 48-year-old woman.

The suspect, who was a car cleaner, had secretly taken a clients' Buick commercial vehicle out for a spin.
