    China rescues 15 stranded DPRK sailors

    China's north sea rescue team has saved 15 DPRK sailors on a stranded Cambodian cargo ship. The vessel ran aground near Northeast China's Liaoning province.
    


    The provincial maritime search and rescue center received an SOS signal Sunday morning, and dispatched a helicopter. Rescuers found 14 crewmembers on a life raft and one sailor drowning nearby.
