    Nurlan Nigmatulin, chairman of the Mazhilis, the lower house of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, will pay an official goodwill visit to China from Oct. 14 to 17.
    


    Nigmatulin is invited by Zhang Dejiang, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) of China, according to a press release issued Saturday by the Chinese legislature.
