    Five dead in N China flash floods

    Five people were confirmed dead and three others missing in rain-triggered flash floods in north China's Shanxi province, local authorities said Sunday.
    


    Torrential rain started at around 3 p.m. on Sunday in Linxian county of Luliang city, triggering flash floods at a construction site, according to the county government.
