San Francisco General Hospital says it has treated the largest number of injured people from Saturday's Asiana Airlines Boeing 777 crash. It still says half of them are children. Doctors at the hospital said the most severely injured are paralyzed, unconscious or dealing with serious abdominal bleeding.

Rachael Kagan, spokesperson of San Francisco General Hospital, said, "As of today, San Francisco General Hospital has treated 53 patients from the airline accident. That is the most number of patients that any hospital has treated. We had 27 adults and 26 children. We currently have 19 patients admitted and 24 have been discharged."

Margaret Knudson, Chief of Surgery, San Francisco General Hospital, said, "What we did see are patterns of large amounts of abdominal injuries, huge amounts of abdominal injuries, some of which include paralysis. We have seen some head trauma and multiple types of orthopedic injuries. So that's the pattern that we're seeing. We also saw some patients that had severe road rash, suggesting they were dragged. We're not sure if those patients were outside of the plane and this is what happened to them. But both of those patients are alive."
