菲律賓調查報告出爐 槍殺臺灣漁民兇手身份確認

據臺灣“今日新聞網”報道，臺灣漁船“廣大興28號”遭菲律賓公務船開槍射殺、導致臺灣漁民洪石成不幸身亡的案件，日前雙方各派調查團調查，菲國已經完成調查報告，并送往司法部批準。調查報告即將出爐，除了已經查出殺害洪石成的兇手是誰外，也確認“廣大興28號”并未沖撞菲國公務船，菲國還建議可對開槍人員提出刑事控告。[查看全文]

(Ecns) – The Philippine National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Wednesday submitted an official report on the fatal shooting of a Taiwanese fisherman by members of the Philippine Coast Guard.  

According to a Taiwan news website, the report names the murderer in the incident and also clarifies that the shots taken at the Taiwanese fishermen were not acts of defense. The report also proposes to pursue criminal charges against the persons who shot at the Taiwanese.  

NBI Deputy Director Virgilio Mendez said on Tuesday that the report will be released to the public soon.
