An 11-month-old girl was killed and her parents were severely injured after a car hit their moped Thursday afternoon near Gubo Road, Pudong New Area, local media reported.
The 21-year-old couple suffered multiple bone fractures and was in critical condition Thursday. The mother told local media that the car that hit them had run a red light. The case remains under investigation.
