Three reservoirs in Ya'an city damaged in the earthquake have been restored. Emergency workers have reinforced the spillways at Shiyang reservoir, the largest of the three. The main canal was repaired on Wednesday.
Authorities continue daily monitoring for potential seepage as the flood season is approaching and heavy rains are expected in the coming months.
