Suspected new H7N9 case reported in Beijing

A suspected new case of the bird flu virus has been reported in the Chinese capital. A 4-year-old boy is believed to have been infected with the H7N9 strain.

He's currently under observation at the Beijing Ditan Hospital. The boy's parents work in the live poultry and fish trade. It's reported the boy's neighbour purchased poultry from the family in which the Beijing's first confirmed H7N9 case was found.
