Mistress troubles for officials

Shan Zengde, a former deputy head of the Shandong provincial agricultural department, who wrote a handwritten promise that he would divorce his wife and marry his mistress, is under investigation for breach of administrative regulations, said Sun Chengliang, a spokesperson with the provincial commission for discipline inspection.

Meanwhile, Du Zeyong, former union director in the city government of Liaocheng in the province, is also being investigated for keeping numerous mistresses and taking the sex photos that were revealed online by one of his mistresses, the commission said.
