Round three of the Australian Open is now underway in Melbourne and China's Li Na was back on court early on Friday. The sixth seeded Chinese, taking on Romanian 27th seed Sorana Cirstea. A place in the round of 16 awaiting the winner.
And Li, would make short work of her Romanian opponent, the Chinese appearing to be in total control of her game right now Down Under would get by Cirstea 6-4 in set one.
And then, Li would turn up the pressure and put this one away in the second. The Chinese, rolling to a 6-1 second set win.
Li will now face 18th seeded Julia Georges of Germany, who ended the run of China's Zheng Jie in a tough three set match earlier in the day.
