Police on Monday announced that a bus explosion that killed 11 people in Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province on Friday was not an accident.
The bombing suspect Gao Wanfeng, born in 1958, lived alone in Chaoyang village, Shuangyashan city, Heilongjiang Province. He was divorced three times.
He made a living as a coal miner after being released from prison in 2005. He had disputes over injury compensation with a mine owner last year.
Forty people injured in the blast are being treated in hospitals.
Gao first set fire to his rented room before getting on the bus. He was also killed in the explosion, according to initial investigation.
