Names of orphanage fire victims released

The Department of Civil Affairs in Henan province has made public the names of the 7 victims in the fire.

Nine of the 11 children that escaped from the fire have been settled at a local rescue station. Another two younger ones have been settled at social welfare institute in the city of Kaifeng.
